A Texas woman is sharing shocking video of a white man telling her and her mother to ‘talk in English’ because ‘this is America’ on the porch of a Cracker Barrel restaurant.
Jasmin Nolan, of El Paso, was leaving the restaurant on February 15 when an unidentified man interjected their conversation with a racist insult.
‘This is America, talk in English…Why can’t you speak English?’ the man said launching a vicious tirade while holding a can of open beer.
But Nolan didn’t just walk away – instead she turned around to face the man and launched a scalding rant defending her bilingual heritage.
