New Red Apple Nails salon on Nostrand Ave. near Martense St. in East Flatbush. It shows salon workers surrounding a woman. One of the workers then starts whacking at the woman with a blue broomstick. As the woman flees the business, a second customer yells out: “What are you doing!” The woman with the stick hit that customer as well.
