Authorities identified the gunman as Ian David Long, 28, a decorated Marine Corps machine gunner who had served in Afghanistan and suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.
People reported the shooter had a gun in one hand and his phone in the other – posting to instagram as he carried out the attack.
Sources say he was bullied by the people at that bar because he had a lazy eye, so it was a revenge killing
